Ed has decades of leadership experience across a wide array of transactional, legal, and management roles in acquisition sourcing, financing transactions, transaction structuring and execution, corporate management, complex corporate legal matters, public and private company governance, and legislative and regulatory initiatives. As General Counsel and EVP for Strategic Initiatives & Government Affairs at Archaea Energy, Ed leads that firm’s legal and risk management functions and helps drive its strategic development efforts.
Previously, Ed was Executive Vice President for MacAndrews & Forbes, a diversified holding company with a portfolio of investments across a wide range of industries. Ed began his career as an M&A and finance attorney at Skadden, Arps in New York and Milan.
Ed holds a BA degree from Rutgers University and a JD from New York University School of Law.
