Tim Brady

Tim has more than three decades of financial leadership experience across private and public companies in the energy, financial services, and manufacturing industries. For QSA clients, Tim brings expertise in balance sheet management, treasury, internal controls implementation, mergers and acquisitions, audit, investor relations, SEC reporting, and compliance.

Tim’s previous positions include CFO and Treasurer of Northern Industrial Sands and CFO and Treasurer of Dakota Plains Holdings, where he was instrumental in taking the company public. He was also co-founder and CFO of Encore Energy and CFO and board member of Allied Energy, a publicly traded oil and gas company, where he raised the firm’s status to the highest-level OTC market tier. Tim also has extensive experience as a consultant and fractional CFO and a keen ability to quickly identify areas of greatest financial-management need and opportunity.

Tim holds a BS in finance from Indiana University and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
